Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the FRS app or using any FRS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all FRS products - International Transfer, Mobile Money, and Merchant services.

Eligibility

To use FRS services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of a supported country, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@frs.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. FRS will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

Permitted Use

FRS services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our platform to:

• Transfer funds derived from illegal activity
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financial crime
• Circumvent sanctions or export control regulations
• Send funds to restricted or sanctioned individuals or jurisdictions
• Use automated bots or scripts to access or manipulate our services

Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply based on your account verification level and jurisdiction. Limits are displayed within the app. FRS reserves the right to adjust limits in accordance with regulatory requirements or risk assessment.

Fees

Fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction. By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay the stated fee. FRS reserves the right to update its fee structure with prior notice to users.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once a transaction is confirmed and processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel or reverse it. If a transfer fails and funds are not delivered, they will be returned to your wallet or source account within 3-5 business days. Contact support@frs.app for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

FRS is not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including banking partner failures, telecommunications outages, or regulatory actions. Our liability in any event is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Termination

FRS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
